Admissions Policy

The students of our school represent many countries and cultures.

To register a child an application form must be completed and a registration fee of P 200 paid. A copy of the birth certificate is required to confirm the date of birth.

If a Founder Member is applying, a blue Founder Member form must also be completed and signed by the Managing Director of that company.

Children enter school in the year that they turn 5 years of age, as long as their birthday occurs before the 31st August. Children turning 5 after the 31st August will enter school in the following year.

Children will be required to undergo an assessment prior to a place being offered. A School Readiness Appraisal is conducted for all children who are on the Reception Class waiting list.

Waiting lists are maintained for classes where the maximum size limit has been reached and priority is granted on the basis of Founder Member/Debenture Holder status, staff, siblings and date of application, provided entrance requirements are met. Enrolment can occur at any time during the school year.
